Purchasing the Regal Mark Experience Gift Card

When you purchase and/or use a Regal Mark Experience Gift Card and tick the box that says 'I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions', you become legally bound by these terms and conditions.    

Refund Policy

All Regal Mark Experience Gifts Cards are non-refundable. In the event that a card is faulty, Regal Mark will exchange the Experience Gift Card for another card of the same value and with the same expiry date.

Terms and Conditions of use

The Terms and Conditions of use of the Gift Card are as follows:   

Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card is: Redeemable for merchandise or services at participating stores in Australia only; Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card; Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date; Cannot be reloaded; Is partially redeemable. The store is not obliged to accept the use of this card on a sale of under $20. It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up difference with another payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees. Check available card balance by calling 1300 55 33 80. In some cases fees may apply for the use of these cards, for details contact 1300 55 33 80. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to Terms of Use will be available in store. See in store if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to this card.    

How to use the Regal Mark Gift Card

Present this gift card at any participating venue in Australia. You can select any number of purchases up to the value of the card, or above the value - in which case you need to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. The venue will then validate the card and process your purchase. The venue is not obliged to accept the use of this card on a sale of under $20.  

This card is partially redeemable. Within the card’s 12 month validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at any participating store. However, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

Regal Mark Functions and Events Program

Regal Mark has a select group of suppliers who display there venue on the Regal Mark website for the purpose of attracting potential customer for functions and events. All enquiries about a particular venue should be made to Regal Mark directly and will then be directed to the venue in question.    

Regal Mark as an Agent

Regal Mark acts as an agent only. Regal Mark's suppliers provide their services directly to the customer. We make no guarantees or warranties implied or otherwise about the services that are provided to the customer by our suppliers.  

Regal Mark sells Experience Gift Cards for restaurants and other venues who carry on the business or running such restaurant or venue.  

While Regal Mark chooses its suppliers carefully, Regal Mark is not a provider of the services and has no responsibility for any activities and/or services provided or not provided by the supplier or any other party.  

Regal Mark holds no authority or influence over any supplier or their operations.
