Regal Mark will accept online credit card orders only via our secure server and payment gateway.
Gift Card Delivery
It is the responsibility of the person making the purchase to ensure that the correct billing and address information is provided. Regal Mark will not be held accountable for any missing, delayed or damaged orders where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
All charges relating to delivery are non-refundable.

Delivery via Standard Post
Standard Post delivery is via Australia Post. Regal Mark is not accountable for any loss, damage or delay resulting from using Australia Post's service. If for any reason your Gift Card does not arrive, please contact Regal Mark directly on 1300 93 98 11 and will will organise for a new Experience Gift Card with the same value and expiry date to be sent to you free of charge.
Delivery via Express Post
Express Post delivery is via Australia Post. Regal Mark is not accountable for any loss, damage or delay resulting from using Australia Post's service. Regal Mark is able to provide you with the Express Post tracking code if you wish to contact Australia Post if you need to locate the whereabouts of you order.
