We are situated in the Observatory Tower in Sydney's historic Rocks only minutes walk from central CBD and Sydney's leading hotels. With polished timber floors, a stylish interior Bistro Lilly is the perfect setting for either lunch or dinner.
Signature dishes include Roasted Canadian Scallops with black truffle risotto, Qeensland Soft Shell Crab and pan fried Mahi-Mahi with braised mussels, faro and lime and coconut broth. The clinking of glasses, animated chatter and soft laughter complete the scene.
The Private Dining Room is ideal for those special occasions and can accommodate from 10 - 25 guests. Bistro Lilly is fully licensed and offers an extensive wine list.
