Bird Cow Fish is extremely excited to launch our Monday Night Food Writer Tribute Dinners. 

These dinners, like our Regional Food and Wine Dinners are an acknowledgement to our two major inspirations.

The writers who have shared their observations and recipes and the farmers who work the land and its animals .
