Bird Cow Fish Monday Night Regional Wine and Produce Dinners
We are extremely excited about the 2009 Monday Night Dinner Events for 2009 especially our Regional Wine and Produce Dinners.
What is involved?
Each dinner is prefaced with a visit to the region by Alex Herbert with the chosen chef, wineries and producers. This is an opportunity for a relaxed meeting and a preliminary planning of the menu etc.
What does this mean?
Well for a start it means that it is a bit of an adventure!Secondly it means that the menu won't be pre-planned and will only be decided by the chef after the visit to the Region, unless of course the chef is from the region and then it may be available in advance.
